All UK orders are sent out using DPD, Evri or Royal Mail with 2-4 days delivery service at a flat rate of £5

We ship our Sunglasses to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States, Nigeria.
Your order will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked or Courier service this can in some cases take up to 3 to 15 business days at a flat rate of £23

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.
For our EU customers please note that there is no VAT on EU deliveries but our customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aderiyike.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at info@aderiyike.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases on a case-by-case basis, working towards a satisfactory solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without a justification. Ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned earlier.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary for your bank or credit card company.
